Producer
OVERVIEW
Outdo Group, a boutique marketing and creative agency that works with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, is looking for a producer to lead execution of video and photo shoots. The ideal candidate has experience working at an agency or in-house at a brand, with expertise in budget management, scheduling, location scouting and hiring additional crew as needed.
INCLUDED RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a detailed shooting schedule and complete project schedule
Revise pre-pro schedule and shooting schedule as necessary per client request and project needs
Develop a shooting strategy to maximize efficiency, while incorporating client requests
Draft a clear and concise list of client requested assets in their entirety
Draft day by day schedules for shoots
Create and manage budgets and timelines/deadlines responsibly
Revise budget as needed per client’s request and project needs
Track expenses and generate a cost report after completion of shoot
Develop a Covid plan for location shoots
Schedule Covid tests and arrange for PPE and Covid Safety Monitor
Hire additional crew for shoot and process start paperwork
Assist in location scouting as needed
Facilitate location booking paperwork, including COIs
Oversee hired production crew (1st AD, PM and PAs) and facilitate a seamless on set shoot day
Address individual needs of talent/influencers as needed
Make brand-safe talent recommendations as needed and communicate with /manage talent as needed
Demonstrate excellent judgment and ability to solve problems, collaborating across account teams
Process payments (or oversee payments from payroll/accounting) for crew and talent
Travel safely as needed for photoshoots, meetings and live events
Work collaboratively with internal team and outside vendors, partners and clients
Add creative insight and problem-solving to all of the above on a consistent basis
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
~5-7 years of production experience

Marketing Coordinator
OVERVIEW
Outdo Group, a boutique marketing and creative agency, is looking for a marketing generalist with a specialty in social media, video, content development, trends, influencer marketing and project coordination. This role requires knowledge of the fashion, beauty and lifestyle social landscape, excellent social instincts, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly react to market trends. Must be LA-based.
INCLUDED RESPONSIBILITIES
Have an in-depth understanding of trends on social media and understand the latest features/tools
Concept, develop and execute .com and social content ideas for relevant channels
Interact with community across channels as needed
Plan and execute elements of in-studio and at-home photoshoots, including storyboarding/illustrating video ideas, shot lists, product ordering, brief writing, etc.
Video proofing and review
Content writing for social captions/PR kits
Travel safely as needed
Attend weekly calls and other required meetings
Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing tools
Administrative duties include
Budget tracking, invoices, shipments, and package tracking
Support social media channel reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking
Research and outreach support for other areas of marketing including creative and events
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of relevant experience in organic social media
